Stop censoring The Last War Crime movie

I am writing to follow up on the wrongful censorship of the waterboarding scene from the upcoming full length feature film, The Last War Crime, purportedly for containing nudity, an accusation that was always absurd on its face.

I am informed that in response to many thousands of protest messages, YouTube has tried to quietly reinstate the clip, without even the courtesy of a notice to the creators of the itsup2usalone page from which it was taken down from in the first place.

YouTube has still not addressed in any way the underlying issue, why it is that there is no meaningful path in their system to challenge such wrongful censorship. Just because the creators of this particular video were able to mobilize such a public outcry does not mean that next 99 people wrongfully censored can obtain any relief whatsoever. Moreover, I am informed that YouTube has refused to respond to inquiries from legitimate journalists about these circumstances.

I am demanding that YouTube become more accountable by changing its policy in the sending of take down notices, to provide an express link in any such notice dedicated for appeals for further transparent review, so that similar acts of censorship in the future can be likewise reversed.
