Protect Lexi Dillon Before It Costs Orange County 10 Million Dollars

Anyone who has personal knowledge of this case knows that there is something very wrong with the handling of 9-year old Lexi Dillon by Child Protective Services (CPS).

Though this American child was twice removed from her home because of allegations of sexual abuse by her father, of which the Tustin police department found overwhelming evidence, Lexi was surrendered back to his sole custody based on the testimony of a social worker who since has been relieved of his position because of allegations of perjury.

This case is all too reminiscent of the Deanna Fogarty-Hardwick case that cost Orange County $10.6 million, where the Fourth District Court of Appeals found that CPS had similarly abused its powers.

We are calling on the Orange County Board of Supervisors to immediately exercise their authority to direct that CPS take action to protect Lexi from being taken out of the country by the suspect father, who has fled to Thailand and has been banned from re-entry into the US by Homeland Security, and to mandate that Lexi be returned to the custody and protection of her mother, a local dentist who loves her daughter very much.
