Fact and scrutiny? That is precisely what you have forbidden and made a crime by demanding that the so-called Trans Pacific Partnership be kept a top secret until it is too late to question it in any meaningful way.

Elizabeth Warren did not come to Washington to be just another cynical politician, like yourself. She came to Washington to be a leader, after you threw her Consumer Financial Protection Bureau nomination under the bus, when your Wall Street controllers protested. That's "leader," as further distinguished from a "king" or a "dictator," who makes unaccountable decisions in secret, and tries to ram things through on a Fast Track.

Why is it that we can only learn about the new and unprecedented corporate rights provisions in the TPP from leaks under peril of prison?
